Business activity has started to recover after being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Autoglaze car treatment company opens opportunities for the Indonesian people to join crowdfunding services or Securities Crowdfunding with a stock scheme.

In collaboration with the Bizhare platform, the offer is for two Autoglaze outlets in the Jakarta area, namely the Tendean and Fatmawati gas station branches. As many as 49 percent of the shares were released with a value of around Rp. 1 billion.

"This concept is the newest and first scheme in Indonesia, in which Autoglaze and Bizhare combine a share offering scheme with membership," said Robby Kurnia, CEO of Autoglaze in Jakarta, Wednesday (8/2/2023).

For those who are interested, prospective shareholders can buy it at a price of IDR 1.85 million which includes 20 Autoglaze shares worth IDR 1 million and a member card worth IDR 1.8 million. Also, free Bizshare admin IDR 50,000.

Investors can also invite their colleagues and family to become members of Autoglaze so that they get a commission of 20 percent of the total membership value of IDR 1.8 million.

That way, it will automatically increase the company's performance turnover which in turn increases the quarterly profit sharing for investors (dividends).

"The estimated dividend distribution (company profits) is in the range of 20 percent to 36 percent," said Robby.

Autoglaze itself is a market leader in the car treatment industry which has solutions for cleaning cars both in car paint care and the health of its users.

This treatment is useful for cleaning, caring for, and protecting the exterior and interior of the car so that it looks cleaner and shiny, it is also useful for removing bacteria and germs.

This service, since 2008 has been in more than 100 locations in Indonesia, ranging from gas stations, housing, to shopping centers (shopping malls).

"We can wash around 7,000 vehicles throughout Indonesia in one day, with nearly 1,000 employees." said Robby.

Bizhare itself is a Crowdfunding Service Provider through Information Technology-Based Securities Offering (Securities Crowdfunding) which has obtained an Equity Crowdfunding permit from the Financial Services Authority with Decree No. SK: 71/D.04/2019.
